  3. You agree to limit self promotion of your products, services and other websites to your profile pages.
  4. You agree to participate within OWC on topics pertaining to and connected to holistic wellness, regenerative medicine, healthy life extension and earth sustainability sciences. All articles and comments should be educative and supportive in nature.
  5. Articles and comments submitted must remain professional and relevant to advancing anti-aging medicine, holistic healing, nutraceutical, herb and food science, and other complimentary alternative medicine and wellness related arts. Educational earth science and “green” topics are also welcome.
  6. You agree to safeguard our reputation and refrain from conduct that might be harmful to such reputation or that is inconsistent with the public interest and you therefore agree not to publish or comment to other work on the site in a manner that may be deemed discourteous, deceptive, misleading, unethical or immoral. While you may promote products, services and websites you are affiliated with in your personal profile, you agree not to blatantly promote products or services or other websites in articles and comments and agree to allow our editorial team the right to “tone down” any such sections in submissions.
  7. You acknowledge that any content you create, publish or share becomes publicly available. You also agree that should you write an article, create a blog, forum or group, that you will be responsible for the integrity of the content and periodically visit and update such content and areas. You also agree to make an effort periodically to respond timely to any participation with your content (such as comments to your articles, or posts to your blog, group or forum where you created one or agreed to act as administrator or moderator of a group, forum or blog).
  8. You agree to restrict your use of the Site and the publishing tools for mature discussion about wellness related topics of general interest. They can be mind, body or spiritual in nature. Respect and consideration of others must be practiced. You agree we may delete any content you add to the site that we feel, in our complete discretion, detracts from the quality of the content on the site.
  9. Company is web-based. Company may from time to time allow members to publish in one or more areas of Company’s websites. Company reserves the right to delete any content in its sole discretion for any reason. You agree to not publish any pornographic or argumentative or hostile statements or videos and to conduct yourself respectfully and responsibly at all times. As referenced above, You agree to restrict the scope of your publishing whether articles, blogs, videos, forums, groups, comments, peer-to-peer or otherwise to topics pertaining and connected to wellness, health and related human and earth sciences so this Site is consistent with its core purpose of becoming and remaining the go-to place on the Internet for trusted and leading information and interactivity in the natural health, wellness and sustainable food related industries.
  10. Only Company staff may select which items may be featured and for how long. If the Company approves you as a featured member, which it may do from time to time for members who demonstrate expertise or experience distinguishing them in one or more wellness industry related arts, the Company reserves the right to end You being featured in its discretion unless a minimum period of time to feature You was agreed to in writing.   11. You agree to not make any knowingly false or exaggerated statements anywhere on the Site.
  12. The name of the Company and other names as may be adopted by the Company are proprietary trade names and trademarks of the Company.
  13. Using our provided social media posting tools and contact uploads is permitted. Company may reasonably modify our Code of Conduct from time to time without invalidating any other term or condition of this Agreement. You continuing to login and access the site after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of and agreement to such changes. You agree to use your best efforts to keep informed of changes to our Code of Conduct and other terms and conditions.Your referral compensation rights as described at the time of joining will not be modified. You may rely upon them unless your membership is terminated for violating this agreement. In the future we may modify the offered DMR compensation rights to new members joining after such changes take effect.
  14. You may participate in our affiliate program when introduced and available.
  15. You are encouraged to invite personally known friends, family and associates to join and designate you as their referring member. If you attend events where you want to promote OWC membership, you may do so as long as you clearly indicate on literature you prepare and in your presentations that you are not officers or employees of the Company but merely members promoting membership.  Any business card or literature templates we approve and release to your “MY vOFFICE” may be used by members.
  16. Until further notice, our event calendars may be used for free ONLY to post free wellness related events. Our calendar is principally designed to allow members to post free wellness related events that other members are invited to participate in such as hiking, yoga or exercise demonstrations, health lectures or seminars, Wellness Circle events and similar FREE activities.  This calendar is designed for use to stimulate members meeting and interacting face to face. Only one posting per event is allowed without express written permission. We reserve the right to cancel or deny use of the calendar in our complete discretion to any member or to any event. We also reserve the right to discontinue offering a calendar or any other feature on this website in our discretion.
  17. At such time as we agree to allow paid for events to be promoted, or activate a member classified listing program, we reserve the right to restrict and prohibit such commercial use of the Site. Within your profile you are free to express your interests, your occupation, personal information as well as business activities and professional services offered. We plan to and reserve the right to introduce premium member to member areas and premium services for classified advertising, premium placement of information within the event calendar or other parts of the Site, and also in connection with cross-branding and strategic partners in the future including allowing members to offer approved products and services for sale through their profiles.
  18. All use of Company websites (“Site” or “Sites”) is by a license granted hereby while you have an active membership and not in violation hereof. You have no right to copy or utilize any of Company’s software code or written materials without express written permission.
  19. If you republish material from a Site you must disclose the source wherever you publish and if on the web provide a link back to the page of the original source material on the Site.
  20. You do have use of some tools to rebroadcast and syndicate information on the Site to other websites including your social media sites. You are free to use such tools.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, goods, products, services or other materials (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This may include, without limitation, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons or incendiary devices; (m) offer for sale or sell any item, good or service that (a) violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, (b) you do not have full power and authority under all relevant laws and regulations to offer and sell, including all necessary licenses and authorizations; (n) use our websites as a forwarding service to another website; (o) solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; (p) exceed the scope of intended use; for example, accessing and using the tools that you do not have a right to use, or deleting, adding to, or otherwise changing other peoples comments or content; (q) make any automated use of the system.
  25. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding publishing online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
  26. Company does not claim ownership of your Content. By submitting Content to the web site, you grant Company a perpetual world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and re-publish the Content for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting your Content even if for purely Company promotional purposes.
  27. Furthermore, in the event Company is involved in a sale, merger or other divestiture of any portion of its business assets, your Content may be included in the transferred assets, without any notice, or approval from you or any third party.
  28. You may remove your Content from our websites at any time unless we have claims to ownership and continuing publishing rights.
  29. From time to time, Company may run special promotions and/or contests (“Contests”) that may involve submitting content (“Contest Content”). Our rights and obligations with regard to Contest Content will be governed by the specific contest terms which may override any or all of the provisions herein.
  30. Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement If you believe that any material on the Site infringes upon any copyright which you own orcontrol, you may send a written notification of such infringement to us.
  31. You may be permitted to access and use discussion groups, bulletin boards, and other forms of group electronic communications through the Site (“Interactive Areas”). If you participate in or use any Interactive Area, you are responsible for your own communications and the consequences of posting your communications. We reserve the right to remove material that is abusive, illegal, disruptive, or that otherwise fails to conform to this Agreement. We reserve the right to edit or delete any material posted on our Site, regardless of whether such material violates these standards for content. We have no liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for performance or nonperformance of the screening activities set forth above.
  33. Continuation of any free services is not guaranteed hereunder nor part of the rights conferred to You herein.
