Michelle Greenman challenges women to know, love and change their bodies naturally without drugs or surgery: so they can feel ignited body, mind and soul. Michelle Grenman is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and author of Lose Weight Gain Health as well as a member of the International Association of Wellness Professionals. She teaches extraordinary women to live more fully by following steps to know, love and change their bodies, minds and souls with ancient faith-based lessons. Her programs and workshops are open, honest and insightful. They address the inner desires while empowering women to live their full potential by encouraging holistic simultaneous growth. Her vocation is to be an activist of health expertise that is: People have called her message radical and revolutionary, surprisingly simple and extremely effective. She is a published columnist in the Lillooet Newspaper, profiled on Healthcare Intelligence Network as a Health Coach. Alongside writing and coaching, Michelle has been speaker and teacher for a decade on a range of topics to children, youth and adults at private schools in Canada and abroad, Native bands, Nicola Valley Institute of Technology and the Lillooet Friendship Centre. The highlight of her career was interning at Black Hills Health and Education Lifestyle Program in a facility that cures many common illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity and depression. This is where she was inspired by the simplicity and the success of her own healing. Michelle Greenman has supported clients to lose up to 28% of their total weight to date. (and counting). |
